1. The fine processing spindle is characterized by low noise and high rotation. Sometimes, in order to reduce the weight, aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metals and special metals are also adopted for speed and height, which is suitable for processing particularly fine workpieces, such as seals, nameplates, chest gifts, etc. Such motors are usually high-speed variable-frequency motors with small power, generally below 250W. The disadvantage is that the ability to cut thick materials is poor, which is not suitable for cutting thick materials

2. The high-power cutting spindle is mainly used for cutting and high-power engraving. It is characterized by high power and strong cutting ability. It is especially suitable for cutting Yu and three-dimensional characters. Of course, it can also make badges, nameplates, seals, etc. According to the characteristics of the motor, this kind of high-power spindle can generally be divided into brushless frequency high-speed AC motor and plastic brush AC motor with "miracle material" improvement and reinforcement. The main differences are: A. brushless variable-frequency motor has high speed and the speed range is rpm, while the maximum speed of brush AC machine is generally not more than 24000 rpm; B. brushless variable-frequency motor has high rotation accuracy, low wear and low noise, The operating noise is much lower than that of brush AC motor; C. Brushless variable-frequency motor has good locked rotor characteristics. Due to the special current limiting circuit on the frequency converter, the motor will not be burned after a short period of locked rotor, while the brush AC machine will smoke and burn quickly when it is overloaded or locked rotor, and it cannot be repaired; D. Brushless variable-frequency motor adopts variable-frequency control technology for speed regulation. It is a professional product with long service life. The manufacturer provides free replacement for one year. In the future, the motor can be maintained by replacing the high-speed bearing. Because the service life of brush AC motor is about 300 hours, the motor or motor carbon brush must be replaced, so the carbon brush AC motor is usually not guaranteed for a day

III. selection of control mode and speed: the control mode can now be divided into three kinds:

a. all the calculation work is completed by computer control. When the engraving machine is working, the computer is in working state and cannot carry out other typesetting work, which may result in waste products due to the misoperation of the computer

b, using the control of single-chip microcomputer, this controller can typeset while the engraving machine is working, but it can't turn off the computer, which is actually equivalent to saving 7 computers, and reducing the waste products caused by the misoperation of the computer

c. USB port is used to transmit data, and the system has a memory capacity of more than 32m. As long as you save the file, you can immediately leave the computer completely, turn off the computer or make other typesetting. This way greatly improves the working efficiency of the engraving machine

IV. guide rail

the large format engraving machine must adopt the widened imported square guide rail, whose load capacity and accuracy retention capacity are more than 30 times that of the circular guide rail, ensuring the high quality and high speed of the engraving machine
